strategy
Stop guessing what your website is actually doing.
We set up the whole analytics stack, then read it for you every month.
01 / Why it matters
You have analytics tools installed. You do not have an analytics setup.
Most websites have analytics installed somewhere. Almost none have analytics set up right. Default GA4 is generic out of the box. Search Console and Ahrefs sit unused in a bookmarks tab. HotJar gets dropped in and never tuned. The A/B testing platform never gets validated. The funnel analytics report a different number than the ad platform. The conversion events you actually care about (form submits, calls, pricing-page views, real qualified leads) usually aren’t tracked anywhere coherently, and the standard reports show traffic numbers that don’t connect to revenue. You end up with five dashboards nobody opens and decisions made from gut feeling.
Even when the data is there, somebody has to read it. Most agencies will set up a property, ship a PDF, and move on. That doesn’t help you in month three when a campaign is underperforming and you need to know why. You don’t need more data. You need someone reading it every month and telling you what to do next.
Inside your portal: see which channels are converting, anytime, without scheduling a meeting.
02 / What it does
An audit, a rebuild, and an ongoing monthly read.
We start by auditing what you already have, then rebuild the parts that are missing or wrong. GA4 gets set up to track the events that map to your revenue, not generic page views. HotJar or Microsoft Clarity goes in for heatmaps and session replay on the pages that matter. Funnel analytics get configured per business model so you can see exactly where visitors drop off, step by step. A/B testing platforms get wired in correctly so experiments produce trustworthy data, not noise.
Search Console, Ahrefs, the conversion goals in GA4, your A/B testing platform, and any ad pixels get wired together so the same conversion shows up consistently across every report. Every month, you get a written report with the trends that matter and a prioritized list of what to test, fix, or double down on next.
03 / How it helps
You usually find a wasted channel and a missed channel inside the first quarter.
Within the first month, you’ll know which channels are actually producing leads, which forms are quietly failing, and which pages are doing the heavy lifting versus the ones that just look busy in the analytics. Within the first quarter, most clients find at least one expensive activity (an ad campaign, a content series, a tool subscription) that the data says isn’t producing, and at least one underrated activity that is. The budget decisions follow naturally from there.
You stop wondering whether the website is working. You stop arguing about it in meetings. You make changes based on what the data actually shows, and you have a real number to compare against next quarter.
04 / Specifics
What’s in the engagement
- GA4 audit and rebuild: events, conversions, audiences, custom dimensions
- Heatmaps and session replay via HotJar or Microsoft Clarity on the pages that drive revenue
- Funnel analytics per business model: e-commerce funnels, lead funnels, multi-step signup flows
- A/B testing platform setup (VWO, Optimizely, or GA4 server-side experiments) with proper sample sizing and significance handling
- Population and segmentation analytics so you can see how returning vs new, organic vs paid, and mobile vs desktop visitors actually behave differently
- SEO data tools: Google Search Console and Ahrefs connected and read monthly for keyword performance, backlinks, and ranking opportunities
- Conversion tracking for forms, calls, downloads, and any tool in your sales process, flowing through GA4 to your CRM
- Cross-platform consistency so GA4, Search Console, Ahrefs, your ad platforms (Google Ads, Meta), and your CRM all report the same conversion numbers
- Custom dashboards in Looker Studio (or wherever your team actually looks)
- Monthly written report covering traffic, conversion trends, and the top priorities for the month ahead
