What separates Starter from a typical maintenance retainer is the monthly revenue alignment meeting. Most months you will use it to discuss what to fix or change next. Once a quarter, you will use it to decide whether the plan still fits or whether it is time to step up to Growth.

Common questions about the Starter plan.
What if I need more than 3 hours in a month?
Two options: we tell you in advance and either bill the extra hours at the plan rate, or recommend moving to Growth if the pattern continues. We never burn hours without your approval.
Is the monthly meeting really worth it on its own?
The meeting alone is worth it if you have been making website decisions in a vacuum. The real value is the combination: meeting + maintenance + monitoring + reporting. Each piece by itself would cost more from a specialist vendor.
When does it make sense to move up to Growth?
When you are consistently asking for more than 5 hours per month, when you are spending real money on ads or campaigns that should be converting better, or when you want a standing strategic session instead of a check-in.
