What if I need more than 3 hours in a month?
Two options: we tell you in advance and either bill the extra hours at the plan rate, or recommend moving to Growth if the pattern continues. We never burn hours without your approval.
Is the monthly meeting really worth it on its own?
The meeting alone is worth it if you have been making website decisions in a vacuum. The real value is the combination: meeting + maintenance + monitoring + reporting. Each piece by itself would cost more from a specialist vendor.
When does it make sense to move up to Growth?
When you are consistently needing more than your included hours, when you are spending real money on ads or campaigns that should be converting better, or when you want a more in-depth standing revenue alignment meeting.
