strategy
A standing monthly meeting where strategy, analytics, and execution meet.
We walk your goals, your KPIs, what shipped last month, and what to prioritize next. Every meeting ends with a written plan you can forward to anyone.
01 / Why it matters
Most KPI dashboards are read by nobody and acted on by no one.
Most teams have a dashboard. Almost nobody acts on it. The marketing lead glances at GA4 once a quarter, the sales lead has different numbers in the CRM, and the website team is busy patching whatever broke last week. The data is there. The standing time to do something about it is not.
What goes missing is the ritual. A real meeting on a real cadence, where the same people see the same numbers and decide together what changes. Without that, the website drifts. Pages get added without owners. Goals get set in January and never reviewed. KPIs that used to matter become legacy reports nobody opens. The decisions that should be happening every month wait until something breaks badly enough to force them.
Every revenue alignment meeting walks the same dashboard you can access any time inside your portal.
02 / What it does
We review goals, analytics, work shipped, and what is next, in one meeting.
Every month (bi-weekly on Performance plans) we sit down with you for a revenue alignment meeting. We walk your goals and KPIs (ROAS, conversion rate, cost per lead, organic traffic, ranking movement, anything you measure your business on), the analytics from across the stack (GA4, Ahrefs, Search Console, ad platforms, your CRM), and what shipped from the block of hours you have with us last month.
Then we present new ideas for moving revenue for the month ahead. Sometimes that is a UX fix. Sometimes it is content. Sometimes it is killing an ad campaign and reallocating spend. Sometimes it is a funnel rebuild. Every meeting ends with a written follow-up: priorities, owners, timing, and a report you can forward to your CEO.
03 / How it helps
Decisions get made on the cadence the business actually needs.
Decisions about the website stop happening only when something breaks. They happen every month, on the same cadence the rest of your business already runs on. The meeting forces the question: what are we doing differently this month, and what did we learn from last month.
You stop wondering whether the website is being managed strategically. You have a meeting on the calendar, a person on the other side of it, and a written record of what got decided and why. When your CEO asks what changed in the website business this quarter, you have an answer with numbers attached.
