Support My Website is a brand of JHMG. Sixteen years into JHMG, we built SupportMy.Website because we kept seeing the same problem. Businesses needed a reliable website partner and kept ending up with either a freelancer who only did what they were told, or an agency that disappeared after launch. So we solved the problem.
What we believe
Strategy beats hours. Cheap labor without direction is the most expensive thing in marketing.
Maintenance is the floor, not the ceiling. Keeping your site secure is table stakes. The actual value is what you do on top of that.
Revenue is the only metric that matters. Traffic, rankings, vanity dashboards. Only useful when they ladder up to revenue.

Why we built this brand.
We have been building websites, providing website support, and running website maintenance for twenty-five years, with sixteen of those years under JH Media Group. In that time we watched a pattern repeat: business owners hired a freelancer who only did what they were told, or an agency that disappeared after launch, then ended up doing it again two years later.
Support My Website exists to break that cycle. We are not the cheapest. We are not the loudest. We are the team you call when you want a website that is actually contributing to revenue, run by people who will tell you the truth about what you are working with.
