SupportMy.Website is a brand of JHMG. Sixteen years into JHMG, we built SupportMy.Website because we kept seeing the same problem and decided to solve it. (More on that from our founder below.)

From the founder
We have been building websites, providing website support, and running website maintenance for almost twenty-five years, with sixteen of those years under JHMG. In that time we watched a pattern repeat: business owners hired a freelancer who executed tickets, or an agency that vanished after launch, and then found themselves doing it all again two years later.
