strategy
Find out why visitors leave before they convert.
We dig into who’s actually coming to your site, what they’re doing, where they drop off, and which keywords brought them in the first place. Then we turn it into a prioritized list of what to fix first.
01 / Why it matters
Your traffic numbers look fine. The conversion data is telling a different story.
Your traffic numbers look fine. Your conversions don’t. Somewhere between the visitor landing on your site and the form submit (or the call, or the purchase), most of them quietly leave. The standard reports won’t tell you why. They’ll show you a bounce rate or a session count, but not the moment of doubt that made someone close the tab.
Most marketing teams have a theory. Sometimes the theory is right. Most of the time the theory is wrong and the real bottleneck is somewhere else: a form field people refuse to fill in, a pricing page that creates more questions than it answers, a mobile layout that pushes the CTA below three screens. Without the diagnostic work, you fix the wrong thing and convince yourself the website just doesn’t work.
Your portal turns the analysis into a prioritized punch list, so you always know what to fix next.
02 / What it does
We map the journey end to end, then tell you exactly where it leaks.
We map the actual visitor journey end to end, using a mix of analytics, session recordings, heatmaps, and your own customer data if you have it. We look at who is converting and who is not, and what the drop-off points have in common.
We also cross-reference with SEO research: which keywords visitors arrived on (paid and organic), and whether those visitors converted. The page might be fine; the keyword might be wrong. Or vice versa. The output is a written punch list ranked by impact and effort, ready to hand to the execution team.
03 / How it helps
You stop arguing about why conversions are down.
You stop arguing about why conversions are down. You have the data, you have the list, and the conversation in the next [meeting](/revenue-alignment/) is about which item to ship first, not whether there’s a problem worth solving.
For most clients, the first round of analysis surfaces two to three fixes that move conversion by more than the entire previous quarter of redesign work. Some of them are small (a form field, a CTA color, a missing trust signal). Some of them are bigger (a pricing page rewrite, a mobile navigation restructure). Either way, you know which is which.
