strategy
We figure out where your growth is coming from, and we build around that.
A full read of your business, your channels, and your paid spend, ending in a written growth plan that says where to invest and what to stop.
01 / Why it matters
Most agencies sell you a tactic before they understand your business.
Most growth advice is tactical before it’s strategic. Run more ads. Write more blog posts. Try Reddit. Add a chatbot. You end up running five half-funded experiments at once, none of them tied to where your revenue is actually coming from, and a year later you can’t tell which channels are pulling and which are leaking. Meanwhile the channels that could be working sit untouched because nobody mapped them as a real opportunity.
Sometimes the answer is ads. Sometimes the answer is stopping ads and putting the money into SEO and content, partnerships, or fixing the messaging on the pages your existing traffic already lands on. You can’t decide that without looking at the whole picture first. Most agencies skip that step because the step is unbillable, then sell you the tactic they happened to be selling that month.
02 / What it does
We review the whole picture: sales motion, channels, ads, partnerships.
We sit down with you for a working session and map out your business: how revenue is actually generated today, what your sales motion looks like, who your customers are and where they came from, and which channels are doing the work. We then audit every paid channel you are running (Meta, Google Ads, Bing, Reddit, LinkedIn, anywhere else), the creative, the targeting, the conversion goals, and what the ROAS actually looks like net of attribution noise.
From there, we look at the channels you are not running and ask whether they should be. Partnerships and distribution deals. Organic search and content. Podcasts and digital PR. Marketplaces. Referral programs. The output is a written growth plan ranked by impact and effort, recommending what to invest in, what to stop, and what to test next.
03 / How it helps
You stop spending into channels that were never going to work.
Within the first month, you have a clear-eyed view of where your growth is actually coming from and where you are pouring money that is not coming back. For most clients, that alone surfaces at least one paid channel that should be cut or paused, and at least one underrated channel that has been left on the table.
From there, every other engagement we do on your site, from analytics setup to SEO and content to funnels and campaigns, runs against the growth plan, not against gut feel. Decisions get faster because the strategic question ("is this channel even worth investing in?") was already answered.
04 / Specifics
What’s in the engagement
- Business and sales motion interview: how revenue is generated today, who your customers are, what your average deal looks like
- Full channel audit: paid, organic, partnerships, referral, content, social, with a real assessment of which channels are pulling and which are leaking
- Paid ad account review across Meta, Google Ads, Bing, Reddit, LinkedIn, and anywhere else you spend, with creative, targeting, conversion goal, and ROAS review
- Distribution and partnership opportunity mapping: the channels you are not running but probably should be
- Messaging vs. ads judgment: very often the real problem is not the ads, it is the page on the other end of the click or the messaging on it
- Written growth plan with prioritized recommendations, expected impact, and effort estimate per item
- Quarterly recalibration as part of revenue alignment so the plan stays current
