Once you have chosen a plan or individual items we will send you a non-disclosure contract and any other contracts, including BAA’s for HIPAA, to ensure you can share your organizations data with us and be protected.

Each week, month, or quarter, depending on your plan, we email all your reports and follow up with a phone call to check in with you to make sure everything is running smoothly. In addition, we send a satisfaction survey with every bill to make sure we are meeting your expectations.
