Live Website Support Options


We offer three support options to meet your needs. Support requests can be initiated with a phone call, email, or chat and an experienced developer will address the issue as soon as they have availability, during business hours (9:00am – 6:00pm EST Monday – Friday).
The developer will assess your issue and solve it on the spot if possible. If the situation cannot be resolved immediately, we will gather any additional information needed and escalate the issue to ensure it is resolved soon as possible. If the issue is expected to take more than the available support time allotted to your plan, then the resolution team will estimate the work and send you their estimate for approval prior to starting on the fix.

Basic Support:

This plan is for the owners of smaller websites that have questions and minor issues arising occasionally.
Basic Website Support includes up to 1 hour of support per month. Support requests are addressed within 24 hours when submitted during business hours. If additional hours are required in any given month, the cost is $200/hr.

Standard Support:

The Standard Support plan works well for active websites that serve as an important business tool. If you have questions or issues, a web-developer will answer your questions and solve problems as they arise.
Standard Website Support includes up to 2 hours of support per month. Support requests are addresses within 24 hours when submitted during business hours. If additional hours are required in any given month, the cost is $175/hr.

Premium Support:

The Premium Support plan is for websites that are mission critical aspects of a company’s operation. The Premium Support plan includes active monitoring, team oversight, and lightning-fast response times.
Premium website support includes up to 4 hours of support per month. Support requests on this plan are our top priority and are addressed immediately when submitted during business hours. If additional hours are required in any given month, the cost is $150/hr.

Website Uptime Testing
& Notifications


When your website goes down, even for a moment, you need to know. Even a few minutes of your site being down unexpectedly can mean losing sales and customer trust, especially at peak times.
We will keep you informed about any issues and automatically send out a notification if anything happens. If you should come across a problem with your website going down, you can rest assured we are already on top of it.
There are times when core updates cause plugins to no longer function properly. If this is the case, we will inform you immediately and give you some options on how to proceed so you can decide the best path for keeping your system safe.

Contact Form Testing


Why aren’t we getting leads coming in from the website lately?
Your customer messages are important, so don’t risk missing them, or worse, never being able to access them. An issue with emails, saving data, plugins, and a wide variety of other factors can stop your most important pages from being sent or receive without your knowledge.
We will test your contact form each month, or more, and send you a notification of success or failure. If the form is not working for whatever reason, we will notify you and if you are on a support plan we will fix the issue immediately.

Domain Name Renewal


Domains expire and when they do, your website goes with it. We will ensure your domain is secure and renewed.
