Consultation
At your consultation, we will do a quick analysis of your website and discuss your business so we can understand your needs and what threats face your website. We will make a recommendation for a plan and a set of services based on our conversation.
Get Signed Up Online
Our itemized invoices and flexible payment options make it easy and hassle-free to stay up-to-date with your bills. All plans and a-la-carte items are processed online so you don’t need to worry about sending in a payment each month.
Legal
We protect not only your website, but also your legal rights. We provide non-disclosure contracts and any other contracts you may require, including BAA’s for HIPAA compliance.
Ongoing Updates
Each week, month, or quarter, depending on your plan, we email all your reports and follow up with a phone call to check in with you to make sure everything is running smoothly. In addition, we send a satisfaction survey with every bill to make sure we are meeting your expectations.
Setup
At the start of your project, we will securely collect any credentials or additional information we need to fulfill your requirements. Once we have the initial information, we take care of the rest so you can sit back and relax knowing we’ve got you covered.
